Just who I am
I may not be the smartest person in the world, quite frankly I know I’m not. But what I do know about myself is I have enough love in my heart to spread across the whole world and back again, and when it comes down to telling someone the square root of 156, or being able to spell every word in the dictionary. You’re right I won’t be able to do it. But what I can do is never give up on a single person in this world, what I can do is never hate or despise what I can do is always extend my hand to you and let you know I truly care. And at the end of the day, I’d much rather love then have intelligence.
Doug Perrine captured these stunning photographs in the Maldives. The particular location (Vaadhoo Island) has a concentrated population of bioluminescent phytoplankton. Bioluminescence is a natural chemical reaction which occurs when a micro-organism in the water reacts with oxygen. When washed ashore by the tides, the phytoplankton’s chemical energy is turned into light energy, illuminating the waves.
